- Select download in the top right corner or post directly to social media using the three dots next to the download button.

Set up:
Tuesday, April 22 from 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Wednesday, April 23 at 7:30 am. Show Opens,please ensure setup is completed prior to show opening.
If you need accommodations to set up outside the designated hours, please let us know.
Breakdown:
Thursday, April at 4:30 pm (after the last session ends) until 6:00 pm.

Shipping to and from the Saratoga City Center will be facilitated by Clifton Park Convention Services and a Material Handeling Form must be completed. FORM COMING SOON.

Saratoga City Center Loading Dock and Need to Know Information
Can we display vehicles in the City Center?
The City Center Main Hall can be used for the display of vehicles. Arrangements must be made in advance of the move in day with your event planner. The vehicle access overhead door clearance is a height max of 13 feet. Wheels must be placed on wheel-boards. The use of silicone products/wheel cleaners in the building is prohibited.
