NY-GEO Summer 2021 Networking Trips

Travel across the state with six networking events this summer!

Join us for one or more activities!

Experience the power of non-fossil fuel energy as we making our way across the state.

Do you miss interacting with peers and fellow ground source heat pump professionals?

Would you like to meet our members and ask them questions first hand? NY GEO is organizing statewide meet ups to provide this opportunity to you in absence not getting together at our annual conference.

(Whose hair is longer? Shorter? Grown a beard? And we are all a little older!)

Gather after for a meal if you'd like.

Buy your own ticket and meet us at appointed date and time.

Email j.coons359@gmail.com to confirm you are going in case we need to reach you.

Jones Beach is the jewel of the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. This world-famous beach features a new Jones Beach Energy & Nature Center, a one-of-a-kind educational institution dedicated to exploring relationships between human life, energy use, and environmental conservation. The building runs on solar PV and a geothermal heating & cooling system, both of which are featured in exhibits at the center.

Meet us at the appointed date and time. We will self-guide through the exhibits, but there is also a guided Net-Zero Tour for a $4 fee. Once everyone has toured the center, we will travel to West End 1 Beach (or other open, life-guarded beach) for riding the surf, sunning, snacking and networking. Bring a beach towel and swimsuit.

Pick the date you wish to join and let NY-GEO member Billii Roberti know. Since these outings are weather-sensitive, the rain date for the event on the 28th will be August 29th. Contact billii@greenchoicesconsulting.com to confirm you are going on either of the trips, to let you know if the trip is called due to weather or with any questions. Click here for more details.
