Take a guided tour of the interior of the historic 1915 Rondout Lighthouse! The last of three separate lighthouses marking the entrance to Rondout Creek (Kingston, NY), the Rondout Lighthouse is still a working navigational light and one of only seven remaining lighthouses on the Hudson River.

    City of Albany Corning Preserve


    Albany County Rail Trail bike ride using non fossil fuel human power starting at the City of Albany Corning Preserve. (Approximately 20 miles round trip)

    The public recreational Albany County Helderberg-Hudson Rail Trail stretches nine miles along the old Delaware & Hudson (D&H) Railroad between the Port of Albany and Voorheesville.

    The entire length of the Rail Trail, from Pearl Street in Albany to Grove Street in Voorheesville, is fully paved and open for public use during daylight hours.
