To give us your table preferences: You can type your top 3 choices in order in the “special instructions” box that shows up on the final checkout page. Or you can send your choices in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please click here to see the exhibit floor plan, and jot your top 3 table choices down on a piece of paper. Return to this page, click “add to cart”, then click on the cart at the top right of this page and complete the exhibit registration process.
We will try to accommodate your preferences. We’ll let you know as soon as we’ve got your location set.
Dinner Entre Choices:
CHICKEN CHARDONNAY - Boneless breast of Chicken stuffed with Rice, Sour Cream, Mushrooms and Leeks. Light Chardonnay Cream Sauce.
MOLASSES BASTED ROASTED SALMON - Fillet of Salmon served on a bed of Sautéed Baby Spinach and topped with a Lime Beurre Blanc.
CHEF'S SELECTION OF VEGETARIAN - Appropriate Starch and Chef’s Seasonal Vegetable.
